Terms of service
Effective: July 19, 2026
The agreement
These terms govern your use of All The Damn Tools, a free tool site run by Steven Irby (United Kingdom). By using the site you accept them. There are no accounts and nothing to pay — these terms exist to keep the site usable for everyone. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The service
The tools are free to use, with no signup. We aim to keep them accurate and available, but this is a free service: tools may change, be added, or be retired.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law or infringe others' rights. Don't probe, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure — including using the URL-checking tools to attack, scan, or flood third-party sites. Automated bulk use that degrades the service for others may be rate-limited or blocked.
Your content
What you type, paste, or process with the tools is yours. Browser-only tools never send it to us; URL checks are processed only to produce your result — see the privacy policy.
Results are informational
Tools report what they can honestly measure, and say so when they can't. Results are provided for information — verify anything you're going to bet money, rankings, or production systems on.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
